Holme Pierrepont Country Park for a day of family fun activities.

Laura Simpson, Visitor Economy Manager at Nottinghamshire County Council said: “Whether you’re a local or visiting us during half term, there’s no better way to celebrate the Easter school holidays than here in Notts.

“Our country parks are hosting some great holiday activities for all the family to enjoy; search for treasures on an Easter trail at Rufford Abbey and Sherwood Forest or practice your sharp shooting with have-a-go archery in the home of legendary Robin Hood.

“Don’t forget to check out events at your local Inspire library too. We’re lucky to have over 60 libraries across our county and they regularly run events and craft sessions for all to enjoy.

“Share your adventures with us on social media by using the hashtag #ExploreNotts. We can’t wait to see what everyone gets up to during the school holidays.”
