Qatar announces 7-day Eid Al Adha 2023 holiday - Arabian Business

Qatar has announced dates for the upcoming Eid Al Adha holidays.

A statement on the state-run news agency revealed dates for the Eid Al Adha 2023 holiday.

The message said that ministries, government agencies and public institutions will see the holiday start on Tuesday, Dhul Al Hijjah 9. The corresponding date is Tuesday, June 27.

The holiday will end on Monday, Dhul Al Hijjah 15, corresponding to Monday, July 3.

With employees set to resume work on Tuesday, Dhul Al Hijjah 16, corresponding to July 4, it means public sector workers will have a seven-day holiday.

Qatar Central Bank (QCB), banks and financial institutions working under the supervision of QCB and the Financial Markets Authority (QFMA), the Governor of the Central Bank shall specify the start and the end of the holiday.
